Role: Travel Counselor
Duration: 06 Months + possible Extension or conversion based on performance
Location: 100% Remote
Pay: ($28-$30) Hourly
Training Hours: 3-week training program; 9 AM EST - 5:30 PM EST (combined classroom and virtual training)
Start Date: 3/9/3026
Core Requirements:
- Experience handling corporate/business travel bookings
- Strong knowledge of Sabre GDS (this is a must-have)
- Ability to book domestic and international travel (air, hotel, rail, car/road travel)
- Comfortable handling complex itineraries for individuals and groups
- Experience working with corporate travel policies and compliance rules
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent phone-based customer service skills
- Ability to analyze travel options and suggest better or additional services
- Proactive mindset – can anticipate traveler needs
- Strong attention to detail (accuracy in bookings, policies, and regulations)
- Clear communication and professional telephone etiquette
