Description:
This role supports commercial finance and forecasting activities for immunology products, with a strong focus on volume forecasting, financial analysis, and executive reporting. The position plays a key role in long-range planning, latest business estimates, and month-end close activities. The individual will translate complex data into clear insights to support leadership decision-making. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under tight timelines. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of forecasting processes and tools.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial finance, revenue forecasting, FP&A, or financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with volume forecasting (pharmaceutical forecasting preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with short turnaround times
- High attention to detail and strong collaboration skills
Day to Day:
- Prepare LRP and LBE decks, templates, and month-end close presentations
- Perform pipeline, demand variance, YoY, and QoQ analyses
- Set up forecasting files, pull data, and support incremental planning requests
- Prepare first-pass analyses and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Support monthly consolidations and roll-forward forecasting templates
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across forecasting decks and Excel models
- Communicate actual sales results and future forecasts to finance leadership
- Provide ad-hoc financial and forecasting analysis as needed
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls
- Support process improvements and adoption of new forecasting tools and methodologies
Plusses:
- Prior pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience with ERP, BPC, or Power BI
- Background in consumer or life sciences forecasting
- Exposure to change management and process optimization initiatives.
