Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter/ Clinical Recruiter/ II

Job Location: Nashville, TN; Seattle, WA; Santa Clara, CA; Arlington, VA

Job Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $45.00/hr to $50.00/hr

Job Description:

Purpose of the Team and key projects:

• Hiring clinicians: Primary care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and physician assistants

Team culture:

• Super supportive team.

Daily schedule:

• M-F 8-5

Task Breakdown and Workflow:

• 1-2 hires a month, low volume but high attention to detail

Internal Team interactions:

• 1v1 with manager, colleagues, candidates, and hiring manager
