Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple large, complex IT projects end-to-end using established project management best practices

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and delivery

• Balance stakeholder expectations with project scope, timeline, and budget realities

• Ensure high-quality outcomes, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement

• The role is approximately 80% project leadership and 20% technical contribution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 8–10 years of experience managing large, complex IT projects

• Strong experience in project planning, execution, tracking, and budgeting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and influence stakeholders

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management tools

• Experience managing SaaS, vendor implementations, infrastructure, and application upgrades

• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM, Zoom, and Slack

• Experience with enterprise systems (PeopleSoft, HCM) is a plus

• Understanding of system integrations, web application architecture, data integration, and QA/testing practices.
