Pay Range: $90 to $100 an hour (Negotiable base on the experience)

Job Summary:
- This senior level role provides program and project management leadership across device and pharmaceutical development portfolios.
- The position enables successful commercialization of new product introductions and supports on market product initiatives.
- The role leads cross functional teams from research and development handover through launch and lifecycle management.
- This position partners with engineering manufacturing quality regulatory and commercial organizations.
- The role ensures delivery of compliant high quality products while balancing cost timelines and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed bottom up project and program plans in collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Lead execution of device and combination product programs across global organizations and third party suppliers.
- Coordinate global teams supporting new product introductions technical transfers product maintenance and launches.
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets milestones risk logs action logs decision logs and RACI models.
- Utilize project and program management tools to monitor progress and report status to leadership.
- Identify risks issues and dependencies and implement mitigation and corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership in organizing teams facilitating communication and resolving technical business and resource conflicts.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency compliance and delivery performance.
- Support development and maturity of program management governance and execution processes.
- Keep leadership informed of progress issues changes and recommended value added alternatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in engineering science or related discipline.
- Ten or more years of experience within medical device and pharmaceutical environments.
- Extensive operations and product development experience in device programs.
- PMI qualification.
- Strong proficiency in project and program management tools and techniques.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with facilitation and workshop experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced business degree.
- Experience managing global teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience supporting external vendors suppliers and contract organizations.
