Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Dispatch company and/or contracted drivers for scheduled and on-demand loads
• Monitor driver status, hours of service, and route progress
• Track loads from pickup through delivery and update systems in real time
• Communicate with drivers, terminals, customers, and carriers to resolve issues
• Adjust dispatch plans due to delays, breakdowns, weather, or operational changes
• Verify bills of lading (BOLs), delivery receipts, and load documentation

Must Have:

• At least 1-3 years of logistics dispatch experience required
• Oil & Gas experience
• Strong communicator (verbal & written) – will be communicating with drivers, terminals, customers, and carriers to resolve issues

Pay range: $20 to $24 per hour
