Job Description:

  • Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
  • Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
  • May require a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
  • May lead and direct the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

 Purpose of the Team and key projects:

  • Recruiting both internal and external

 Team culture:

  • All recruiters, high velocity fast functioning team that delivers engineering, safety for client operations, there is rapid growth throughout NAM, has unique roles

Daily schedule:

  • Arrival no later than 9-5

OT, Weekend, or Holiday schedule:

  • Will submit a ticket if it is needed, none expected

Task Breakdown and Workflow:

  • Will be sourcing, on the phones, doing offers.

  • Experience with candidate offers and negotiations
  • Very professional communications/ business writing.

  • Previous Logistics, Warehouse & Aviation experience

What background does someone have that is successful in this role?           

  • Drone Industry: industrial backgrounds- high volume (not recruiting engineers) WHS: Airline experience, ware hours, logistics, supply chain. Retail.

Number of Interviews: 1 Round - 30 min interview
