Job Description:
- Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
- Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
- May require a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Purpose of the Team and key projects:
- Recruiting both internal and external
Team culture:
- All recruiters, high velocity fast functioning team that delivers engineering, safety for client operations, there is rapid growth throughout NAM, has unique roles
Daily schedule:
- Arrival no later than 9-5
OT, Weekend, or Holiday schedule:
- Will submit a ticket if it is needed, none expected
Task Breakdown and Workflow:
- Will be sourcing, on the phones, doing offers.
