Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of 2–5 full-time field technicians.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) to guide technicians in PLC programming logic, troubleshooting techniques, and standardizing documentation.
• Lead morning meetings with both internal technicians and third-party contractors to align on work orders, safety, and site priorities.
• Oversee daily administrative practices, ensuring that time entries, parts ordering, and job close-outs are handled efficiently.
• Develop and manage the preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to ensure all SWD and LNG equipment is serviced before a failure occurs. Ensure all technical changes—specifically PLC code modifications and wiring schematics—are properly documented and filed for future reference.

Pay Range: 130k to 160k annually.

This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
