Overview:
The Control & Design Analyst is responsible for strengthening and overseeing the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) control framework across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on compliance risk and control design.
- Demonstrated experience in control framework implementation, risk assessments, and governance programs.
- Experience in regulatory environments with strong understanding of risk and expectations.
- Experience leading cross-functional or global initiatives preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel required.
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.

- Strong control design and risk assessment expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
