Job Overview
- As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be the engine of the hiring process.
- You aren’t just filling seats; you are a talent advisor who identifies high-potential candidates and guides them through one of the most rigorous interview processes in the world.
- You will partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and leverage clients’s internal tools to manage the candidate lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Use advanced Boolean searches, RPS , and internal databases to identify passive technical talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical competency, and alignment with the specific role requirements.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Lead intake meetings to define "the ideal candidate" and provide regular data-driven updates on the talent pipeline.
- Pipeline Management: Move candidates through the interview stages with high velocity, ensuring no one stalls in the process.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Actively source a diverse pool of candidates to ensure client’s workforce reflects the diversity of its users.
- Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in Workday for candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within a technical or high-volume corporate environment.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and vet technical skill sets (e.g., IT infrastructure, logistics software, or engineering).
- Software Mastery: Hands-on experience with Workday is mandatory for this contract.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you will be representing the client brand to every candidate.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a 10-month timeline.
