Title: Fire Prevention Specialist
Type (Contract): 12 months
Location: Virtual (40% travel)
Salary and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $ 58.00/hr- $60 .00/hr .
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance on Fire and Life Safety (FLS) systems, especially performance-based fire testing, given each building's custom design.
- Lead and mentor a team of FLS engineers, designers, and project managers, assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and conducting evaluations.
- Develop and implement program-wide FLS strategies, processes, and best practices to drive standardization.
- design development through construction administration on complex commercial and industrial (warehouse/fulfillment/manufacturing) projects.
