Pay Range: $35 to $40 per hour (Negotiable based on the experience)
- Hands-on quantitative LC-MS/MS experience
- Proven experience with bioanalysis of small molecules in biological matrices
- Experience with sample extraction techniques and data analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Method development experience using chromatographic and analytical techniques
- Experience operating and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS systems and HPLC platforms
- Strong documentation skills using electronic notebooks or LIMS
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry or related field
- Perform quantitative LC-MS/MS analysis of in vivo and in vitro samples
- Prepare and extract biological samples using appropriate techniques
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical and reverse-phase methods
- Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS and HPLC instrumentation
- Analyze, interpret, and report quantitative bioanalytical data
- Document experimental work in electronic lab notebooks and data systems
- Collaborate with discovery, translational, and ADME teams
- Support report writing for internal and regulatory-related studies
- Train and mentor junior scientists as needed
- Experience analyzing peptides or proteins in biological matrices
- Reverse-phase LC method development experience
- Experience working in regulated bioanalytical or CRO environments
- Prior exposure to high-throughput laboratory settings
