Job Title: Splunk SOAR Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC / Denver, CO

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Banking

Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

About the Role:

•Implement and configure Tines

• Integrate SSO and connect Tines to external repositories and password vaults

•Configure on-prem Cloudflare tunnels

•Work with AWS Bedrock for AI integrations

• Build automation stories that orchestrate across: CrowdStrike, Tanium, Splunk, Anvilogic, ThreatQ, and other common EDR, SIEM, and cloud environments

•Write and debug automation logic in Python

• Understand and interpret Tines logs

•  Hold the two Tines certifications (both are entry-level but help validate experience)

If we can’t find a strong Tines candidate, we can also consider Splunk SOAR Developers with the following background:

• Experience building custom applications and playbooks from scratch in Splunk SOAR (this is separate from playbook development)

•Proficiency in Python and playbook development

• Solid understanding of logging, error handling, and password vaulting/syncing with external repositories in Splunk SOAR

• Working knowledge of Splunk SOAR architecture (able to explain key daemons/services and their functions)

•Cluster deployment experience is a plus

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $70 – $75 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
