Job Title: Oracle Fusion Functional Lead

Location: Remote Role in the USA

Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)

Pay Range: ($45-$55) hourly

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams with advanced project management, communication, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative team environment.
• Understand and manage project scope while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Define and document key design decisions related to accounting configurations and system integrations.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Complete system accounting configurations within Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Define, review, and approve test cases to ensure accurate accounting outcomes.
• Document new controls and procedures as part of system enhancements and automation efforts.
• Support the implementation of FAH for upcoming ERP releases, including the replacement of legacy databases and programs.
• Assist in eliminating manual journal entries through automation using FAH functionality.
• Support integration efforts involving business event feeds from upstream systems.
• Contribute to additional FAH-related initiatives and projects as needed.

 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• 5+ years of experience implementing or enhancing accounting systems or financial tools.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, journal entries, subledger accounting, and financial controls.
• Experience leading or supporting ERP implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Experience working with system integrations and automated accounting feeds.
• Prior exposure to complex financial system transformations.
