About Role:

• Support GLP-compliant analytical studies for active ingredients and formulated crop protection products, contributing to regulatory registration and production activities.

• Perform laboratory-based analytical testing (70%) and data analysis/interpretation (30%) within a Product Chemistry laboratory environment.

• Ensure accurate, high-quality data generation while maintaining compliance with GLP regulations, SOPs, and study protocols in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and formulated products using standard analytical chemistry techniques.

• Generate and document data in compliance with GLP standards, internal SOPs, and regulatory study requirements.

• Process, analyze, and interpret analytical data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scientific integrity.

• Troubleshoot analytical methods and instrumentation issues to resolve experimental challenges and meet project timelines.

• Maintain laboratory instrumentation, equipment calibration, and overall lab organization to support daily operations.

• Collaborate with Product Chemistry Laboratory teams and Subject Matter Experts to execute studies efficiently.

• Communicate experimental results and findings clearly to stakeholders within defined timelines.

• Follow environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols while supporting urgent, multi-tasked project demands.
