About the Role
We are hiring a L3 Production Support to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Banking and Financial companies in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Must Haves
- Experience in application change management within a banking or regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of release management, risk, compliance, and audit processes
- Hands-on experience with DevOps teams, CI/CD, and production deployments
- Proven ability to manage Priority 1/2 incidents and production support
- Strong stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills
- Experience with SIT/UAT, impact analysis, and production sign-offs
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $62 – $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
