About the Role:

We are hiring an Event Management/Monitoring Engineer to join our client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Banking companies in the U.S.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Pak for Watson/AIOps, including event manager, topology, and runbook automation.
• Strong understanding of event management principles, monitoring tools, and observability practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and integration.
• Knowledge of Kafka, REST APIs, and webhook-based integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 - $75/hr
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
