Job Title: React Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join a large-scale enterprise technology environment supporting mission-critical internal applications. This is a hands-on front-end development role focused on building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate is a strong React developer who enjoys coding daily, collaborating in Agile teams, and working in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities: 

Front-End Development

• Build responsive screens, dashboards, and forms using React.
• Develop clean, maintainable code using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Ensure strong user experience and performance optimization.

API Integration

• Integrate front-end components with back-end services via REST APIs.

Testing & Quality

• Write and execute unit tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Ensure code meets functional and non-functional requirements.

Agile Collaboration

Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and refinement sessions.

Assist in effort estimation and technical discussions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify feature requirements.

DevOps & Deployment

• Work within CI/CD pipelines.
• Support application deployment through development, testing, and production environments.

Enhancements & Maintenance

• Improve and extend existing internal applications.
• Develop new functionality and pages as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on React development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience in enterprise-level environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 – $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
