About the Role:
We are seeking a strong Capital Markets .NET Developer to support a technology group responsible for enhancing and upgrading a trading platform. This is a hands-on development role focused on building new features, platform enhancements, and system upgrades.
The ideal candidate will bring deep Capital Markets domain expertise along with strong .NET technical skills, enabling them to understand trading workflows and business functionality behind platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new features and enhancements for a Capital Markets trading platform

Support system upgrades and performance improvements

Partner with business and trading stakeholders to understand requirements

Translate Capital Markets workflows into scalable technical solutions

Participate in design discussions and code reviews

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes

Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance
What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of experience as a .NET Developer
Strong hands-on experience with:

.NET / C#
-
SQL Server
-
Web APIs / Microservices
-
Solid experience working within Capital Markets / Treasury / Financial Technology environments
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 – $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
