Summary:
Join our central information technology team, where you'll be instrumental in providing essential network infrastructure, hardware, software, and enterprise services.
This full-time, in-person position involves supporting both internal and external clients with network and database administration, device management, and technical support.
The role requires travel by vehicle, with potential out-of-state travel.

Responsibilities:
Provide remote desktop support using tools such as Bomgar and Dameware.
Manage and resolve issues through ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, with a strong understanding of Windows OS.
Perform basic Active Directory tasks, including unlocking/resetting passwords and managing machine accounts.
Utilize SCCM for software deployment and imaging.
Apply knowledge of Intune and device management.
Understand and apply network fundamentals, including basic connectivity and printer management.

Education Qualification:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in remote desktop support tools.
Experience with ticketing systems, especially ServiceNow.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory.
Familiarity with SCCM and Intune for device management.
Understanding of network fundamentals and printer connectivity.
