HR Data Specialist (Bilingual - Italian) role based in North Chicago (Hybrid - 3 days)
Description:
- Supports HCM HR processes including employee record management, database updates, reporting, integrations, and compliance with HR policies and controls
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions in ERP
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting accuracy
- Monitor data quality reports and correct errors
- Support HR reporting and system integrations
- Maintain process documentation and compliance
- Deliver system training and support HR stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
- 3+ years data entry, Customer service, HR or HRIS experience
- HCM system/ERP expertise
- Italian language fluency (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of HR processes and HR data management
Preferred Skills:
- Project management experience
- HR reporting and analytics experience
- HRIS process improvement or automation experience
Pay range:
- $25/hr. - $30/hr.
