Position Details:
Client: Telecommincations
Title: Delivery Lead/Director
Duration: 6+ months (Contract) Possibility of Extension
Location: Toronto - Hybrid
Pay Rate Range: $70/hr-100/hr
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in digital development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong command of front-end and back-end development technologies and modern frameworks.
- Word Press knowledge (CSS, PHP, Json) - teams are building platforms from scratch
- 8-10+ years as a team lead or delivery lead
- Working with ASANA to track projects and timelines helping project managers
- Experience managing testers and quality assurance
Agile environment - Working cross functionally, speak technical language and non technical requirements translation, provide guidance and language for the sales team to work with clients.
- Background supporting technology projects (LMS or learning management platforms, sales training platforms , B2B technology projects)
- Experience with Git and CICD
- Experience with leveraging AI for development
