Hiring for Enterprise Business Continuity (BC) & Resiliency Analyst
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid – 3 dayz onsite)
Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $50-55/hr
Interview Process: 2 Rounds
About the Role:
We are seeking a P2–P3 level Business Continuity & Resiliency Analyst to support an Enterprise Resilience program within a global organization. This role will support a senior (P5) leader and focus on strengthening operational resiliency, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives across the enterprise. This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys building and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Enterprise Resilience program
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs)
- Develop, maintain, and test business continuity and recovery plans
- Facilitate tabletop exercises and BC testing
- Support audit readiness and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve resilience processes and controls
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing BC plans, writing BIAs, and conducting tabletop exercises
- 3+ years in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, or Information Security Compliance
- CBCP preferred (ABCP considered based on experience)
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management or similar BCM tools (MetricStream, Everbridge, ServiceNow BCM)
- Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira
- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
