Job Title: Data Entry Associate
Duration: 12 months + Possible extension/FTE performance-based
Location: College Park, GA 30349 - Onsite Role
Shift:
Thursday to Monday
Night Shift: 11 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Range - ($18-$19.8) hourly
Thursday – Monday
Morning Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: ($17-$18) hourly

General function:
- The associate is responsible for accurate and timely keying of information from images or original documents according to customer instructions.
- Data keyed must be highly accurate and pass various edits.
Major Responsibilities:
- Use a full keyboard and numeric pad.
- Enter data based on customer instructions and screen prompts
- Acknowledge out-of-balance transactions
- Complete all tasks by the customer’s specified deadlines.
- Communicate computer system problems
- Other assigned duties
