Pay Range: $40 to $48 an hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail oriented Project Manager to support product lifecycle and change management initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will lead cross functional teams through structured quality and change processes to ensure timely and compliant execution of change plans. The ideal candidate will independently manage documentation, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure project milestones are achieved within defined timelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Change Owner and drive the setup and completion of Change Plans in alignment with established quality guidelines.
• Partner with Brand Managers and cross functional teams to gather critical scope, timing, and product information required for project execution.
• Facilitate project planning meetings, guide discussions around scope, timing, and site impact, and capture action items for completion.
• Populate and maintain Change Plan documentation in the Quality System platform and ensure all required tasks are created and assigned.
• Submit Change Plans for review and approval and participate in board meetings to present updates and address questions.
• Monitor task completion, follow up with task owners and approvers, and escalate risks to ensure on time delivery.
• Manage ERP system status updates for product codes and coordinate with Master Data Management for timely changes.
• Track performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities including automation, template development, and workflow optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 to 6 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams
• Experience working in regulated or quality driven environments
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage documentation within a Quality System platform
• Experience working with ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industry
• Experience driving automation and process improvement initiatives
