Pay Range: $18 to $23 per hour

Contract Duration: 12 Months with possible extension based on performance and business need.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Operations Support professional to provide operational and documentation support within a dynamic preclinical safety environment. This role will support departmental and division wide initiatives with a strong focus on submission support and document management. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline driven setting and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Candidates with pharmaceutical industry experience and exposure to regulated environments are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for departmental projects and larger scale initiatives ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Track information, generate reports, and maintain databases to support submission and documentation workflows.
- Assist with preparation, review, and quality checking of submission documents in electronic systems.
- Coordinate schedules and follow through on action items to meet project deadlines.
- Support document importation and workflow processes within electronic submissions systems.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to cross functional stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and GLP environment requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant operational or administrative experience.
- At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
- Experience supporting preparation of regulatory submission documents.
- Experience working in a GLP or regulated laboratory environment.
- Experience with Enterprise tools including MS Office applications such as Word.
- Familiarity with electronic submissions systems and document workflows.
