- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years of experience in software development, technology, and architecture roles
- Broad technology experience with depth in at least one domain (application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity or system administration)

Application development background and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud architectures
- Application architecture expertise (APIs, middleware, databases, web/UI layers)

Practical AI/ML knowledge

Strong negotiation, communication, & interpersonal skills
- Ability to challenge design decisions and enforce architecture standards
- Experience with failed programs or complex transformation initiatives
