• Perform senior-level AV troubleshooting, service, and preventative maintenance
• Install, edit, compile, and deploy AMX/Crestron control programs and firmware
• Support and mentor junior technicians; assist with escalated service issues
• Set up and troubleshoot video codecs and UCC devices
• Travel to customer sites, complete documentation, and ensure job quality

• Strong AV field service experience with audio, video, and control signal flow
• Hands-on experience with AMX and/or Crestron (minor programming, troubleshooting)
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and manage small to medium projects
• Ability to solder/crimp connectors and use tools
• Valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
