Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Financial Services
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Schedule: Standard time(8 AM to 5 PM)

MUST HAVES

• 3 year of AI development experience
• Ideally 7+ years of software development prior to AI
• Python
• CoPilot

PLUSSES

• Financial Industry experience
• LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience making a POC prototype
• Any AI Agent

DAY TO DAY

Currently, They are having their folks see where they can implement AI into their day to day, and what the return on investment would be. The team has a POC in place, and now this AI Engineer is going to develop the first prototype for that POC. They will be integrating one of their applications with CoPilot and that’s what this engineer will drive. This Engineer should have CoPilot integrations experience, as well as python. They also have applications built with LangChain and LangGraph, so experience with those or any AI Agent will be especially beneficial as well.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
  This reflects base compensation and may vary based on candidate qualifications.
