About the Role

We are hiring an AI Engineer with Python to join our client’s Finance Technology team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative financial services organizations in the U.S. You’ll help drive enterprise AI adoption by developing and integrating Large Language Model (LLM) solutions into business-critical applications.

This role is ideal for a strong Python developer with hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-powered solutions using Python and Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Build and enhance AI prototypes and Proof of Concept (POC) applications

• Integrate enterprise applications with AI assistant technologies

• Design and develop AI workflows using modern LLM orchestration frameworks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven enhancements

• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI integrations

• Provide technical guidance on best practices for AI application development

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in AI development

• 7+ years of overall software development experience preferred

• 3+ years of strong Python development experience

• Hands-on experience developing applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Experience building AI-powered prototypes or production-grade AI applications

• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools

• Experience integrating AI assistants into enterprise applications is a plus

• Financial services industry experience is a plus

• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $62.00 – $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
