Work Arrangement: 3 day onsite, 2day WFH

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

About the Role

An Excellent Opportunity for Lead Business Analyst to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank at Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO location.

Overview:

• Lead BA experience (7+ years of experience)
• Previous vendor management/understanding
• Technical knowledge and can translate that to the business partners
• Strong communication
• Self-motivated/zero hand holding

Plusses:

• Metric Stream experience
• GRC platform or compliance/risk background

Day to Day:

• Operates with a consultative mindset, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and simplification opportunities
• Brings a structured, methodical approach to problem solving and requirements gathering
• Thrives in ambiguity and can create clarity for stakeholders during early-stage vendor or platform adoption
• Demonstrates vendor-management maturity—challenges assumptions, ensures accountability, and balances business value with technical feasibility
• Maintains a high bar for quality and traceability in requirements, process flows, and testing outcomes
• Communicates; naturally becomes the “go-to” SME on the product and process

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $50-$55 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
