Job Title: Production Designer
Location: Santa Monica, CA & North Hollywood, CA (4 day onsite per week)
Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Range: $30 - $35 Per Hour

• Design and produce visual assets for events, presentations, and branded experiences
• Create event graphics and materials, including on-screen presentation graphics (PowerPoint, Keynote, G Slides), signage, and printed collateral
• Develop layouts for print and digital materials, including posters, booklets, social graphics, presentation decks, website graphics, and email signatures
• Support creative production needs for events, including preparing signage, updating presentation slides, and making design adjustments as needed
• Maintain strong typography standards and visual consistency across all projects
• Prepare organized, production-ready files for print and digital distribution
• Collaborate with the Art Director and creative team to execute design concepts
• Coordinate with vendors and production partners when necessary
• Assist with light motion graphics or animation when appropriate

• 1–3 years of professional design experience or equivalent portfolio
• Strong typography and layout skill
• Proficiency in Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience designing presentation decks using PowerPoint, Keynote, G Slides, or Canva
• Ability to design for both print and digital formats
• Strong attention to detail and production file organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skill
