- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience working on driver repairs/dry-work/break-fix
- Basic familiarity with computer hardware
- Specifically: Bias for Action, Be Curious, and Coachability
- Lift up to 40lbs
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Data centre experience
The hourly rate for this position is between $20 - $23 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
