About the Role** We are seeking a dedicated ERP Application Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of our ERP systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that system requirements and business processes are met, while providing exceptional support to our business users. **Responsibilities** - Provide application support for ERP systems to ensure system stability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues reported by business users. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements and business processes. - Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP enhancements and upgrades. - Document test cases, test scenarios, and test results for ERP modules. - Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and system enhancements. - Provide end-user support and training on ERP functionalities. - Work closely with development teams to identify bugs and support defect resolution. - Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and standards. - Prepare documentation including SOPs, knowledge base articles, and support manuals. **Education Qualification** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. **Required Skills** - Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create test cases and support manuals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to provide effective end-user support and training. - Knowledge of data integrity and compliance standards.
