Job Title: React Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Schedule: Standard Time (8 AM to 5 PM EST)

Day To Day

• are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing applications using Core Java, Multi-Threading, and Oracle.
• This role involves problem-solving, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and implement applications using Core Java and Multi-Threading.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and address project challenges.
• Identify and resolve immediate and potential issues with applications.
• Draft detailed reports on work performed and projects completed.
• Assist other developers with troubleshooting, debugging, and coding.
• Meet deadlines on fast-paced deliverables.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Core Java, Multi-Threading, Resteasy, Jetty, Servlet, SQL, NoSQL.
• Knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with advanced Java concepts such as heap memory, weak reference, and volatile.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document and write clean, standardized code following best practices.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and converting requirements into production-ready code.
• Ability to plan for application hardware/software system requirements for scalability.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Python and React.
• Experience converting large established application codebases from one language to another (e.g., Java to Python in a UNIX environment at scale).
• Familiarity with Azure cloud AI/ML technologies.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
  This reflects base compensation and may vary based on candidate qualifications.
