Job Summary:
- The Financial Analyst IV will support strategic financial planning and analysis for the Clayton site.
- This role involves budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and providing business insights to support decision-making.
- The analyst will partner with business units, support financial reporting, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives across Finance and Procurement.
Responsibilities:

Analyze, budget, and forecast financial data

Prepare monthly management reports and business review materials

Track and analyze site KPIs and provide insights to leadership

Support investment project budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Participate in project meetings and ensure financial governance

Assist with month-end processes, reporting, and audits

Drive finance process improvements and automation initiatives
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

7+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
