Position Details:

Job Title: Planner Assistant / Administrative Assistant 

Duration: 2-year contract

Location: San Diego - MetroLocation - Hybrid

Pay Rate: $20 -25/hr 

 

Job Overview:
The Planner Assistant will support the Service Planning Team and work alongside Project Specialists The role involves assisting with service orders, providing turnaround time updates to customers, submitting permit paperwork, and performing administrative tasks for the Project Specialists. The position requires collaboration with multiple groups within the Service Planning organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Specialists with service order processing and administrative tasks

  • Assist with providing turnaround times to customers

  • Submit permit paperwork as required

  • Coordinate and communicate with various groups within the Service Planning organization

Required Skill & Qualifications:

  • Previous entry-level administrative, clerical, or dispatching experience

  • 0–4 years of experience (very entry-level role)

  • Strong time management skill

  • Ability to work independently and adapt easily

  • Good communication skill and reliability

  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)

  • High school diploma required

  • Open to experience in any industry

Additional Information:

  • Equipment will be provided by the manager

  • Structured training will be provided during the first week of work

    Work Hours:

    • 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM PST with a one-hour lunch, or

    • 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM PST with a 30-minute lunch
