• Lead process design, setup, and system integration activities within manufacturing environments
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and enhance MES systems, including system changes and full deployments
• Lead and manage MES configuration changes in support of production and NPI initiatives
• Collaborate with NPI teams to support new product introductions involving MES configurations
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to meet project deadlines and resolve technical issues
• Prepare and execute training plans, manufacturing documentation, and system specifications
• Coordinate pilot builds, capture implementation issues, and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to MES system changes and deployments
• Support and manage changes related to MRE systems
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to management during periodic reviews
• Define, manage, track, and report MES budgets, including capital and operational expenses
• Coordinate design reviews with vendors, system integrators, designers, and internal stakeholders
• Support other Manufacturing Engineers and Project Managers across multiple project phases as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, with a proven history of leading new process setup and implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with MES and SCADA systems 
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments (Automotive, Truck manufacturing preferred)
• Experience using Server, including writing and executing queries to validate manufacturing data
• Experience working with systems and simulation software
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, reporting, and presentations
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements
