Position Title: Principal Utility Engineer

Duration: 6 Month Contract-To-Hire

Location: Remote, USA

Pay: Open to talk ($70 -$120/hr)

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience (telecom or utility environments).
• 7+ years addressing commercial energy challenges and forging long-term partnerships for large customer loads (international experience desired).
• Experience conducting due diligence and managing multiple large-scale projects; knowledge of transmission, distribution, utility peak shaving strategies, prime generation.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulated and de-regulated electrical energy markets.
• Experience with Energy-as-a-Service business models.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, business, environmental science, energy, or related field.
