Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Pennington, NJ
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Client Industry: Banking 
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract 
Schedule:  Monday to Friday 

Must-Haves:

• Core: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Messaging: Apache Kafka (Implementation/Integration).
• Database: Oracle SQL & Performance Tuning.
• Mindset: Senior-level autonomy; self-starter.

Pluses:

• Frontend: React.js (Collaboration with UI team).
• Infra: OpenShift / Containerization.

Compensation 

Hourly Rate: 60$-68$ per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
