Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate calculations for employee wages, benefits, taxes, and other withholdings using the Oracle system.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee time and attendance entries approved by supervisors.
• Maintain organized records of current and historical employee payroll information.
• Administer involuntary garnishments and taxes as per local, state, and federal orders.
• Support quarterly and year-end payroll processing and reporting, including Forms 940-941 and W-2s.

Education Qualification:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or Communications is preferred.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of payroll experience is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee personal information and documents.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, solve problems, and fulfill commitments.
• Experience with the Oracle Payroll system is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic functions and pivot tables, is a plus.

Pay Range: $25 to $30 per hour
