Salary Range - $140k - $165k base

 

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications.
  • Design and maintain complex taxonomies and metadata models within Oracle WebCenter or similar CMS platforms to ensure data is structured for high-performance retrieval.
  • Implement granular security protocols and access controls across content repositories to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Oversee and optimize Oracle and MariaDB/MySQL databases, ensuring seamless data flow between legacy systems and modern cloud applications.
  • Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Engineer sophisticated search experiences using Elasticsearch, balancing BM25 keyword matching with semantic Vector Search and hybrid ranking models.
  • Execute prompt engineering, define evaluation strategies to reduce hallucinations, and monitor model performance to ensure Responsible AI practices are met.
  • Build and maintain robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI), while supporting frontend requirements in React.
  • Manage and scale cloud-native services using AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, SageMaker, and S3.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual data ingestion or legacy workflows using RPA tools like UiPath and AWS Textract.
  • Own the deployment pipeline using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring code is shipped safely into Docker/Kubernetes and Linux environments.
  • Work within a multi-developer team using Scrum/Kanban methodologies to deliver iterative value in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide high-level support for application environments, ensuring uptime and performance across various cloud and on-premise platforms.
