Position Title: Talent Sourcer
Duration: 06 Months Contract, potential to convert To extend
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $40/hr. - $43/hr
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source passive and active candidates using internal talent pools, referrals, market mapping, and professional networks.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess skills, experience, career goals, and interest level prior to recruiter handoff.
- Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including referral generation.
