Job Description – Management Trainee Program
Objective

A hands-on development program lasting 2 to 2.5 years

Trainees rotate through key areas of the business, including: Warehouse logistics, Financial forecasting, Customer sales strategy
Outcome of the Program

By the end of the program, participants are prepared to lead their own client location

- Business Operations: Inventory control, purchasing, warehouse and counter sales
