Title: Program Manager - Finance ERP Transformation Healthcare

Duration: 12-24 months to start (Program length: 3 years)

Location: Remote in Canada (Needs to work Eastern or Atlantic hour)

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $90-$95/hour

Interviews: Virtual with the Director and Hiring Manager

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs
• Proven experience leading ERP transformation initiatives- specific experience overseeing implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong finance domain knowledge including:Financial accounting, FP&A, Finance data flows and reporting, Accounts Payable
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional program streams
• Strong experience with: Stakeholder management, Vendor / system integrator management, Risk management, Change management
• Experience establishing program governance, delivery standards, and reporting
• Experience managing large program budgets, timelines, and cross-functional resources
• Experience of working with multiple delivery methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
• Experience leading programs within an insurance or Healthcare organization. 

Pluses:

• Experience working directly with government programs
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives beyond ERP
• Experience with the Snowflake data platform
• Experience working with large system integrators or implementation partners
• Experience in public sector or government-adjacent environments
