Job Title: Construction Design Manager

Location: Herndon, VA and Seattle, WA

Duration: 6+ Months- possible extension/conversion

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $60 .00/hr- $65 .00/hr .

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

•  Data center design engineering team. Construction of site, building and interior
•  7+ years of experience in design and construction life cycle
• Project management
• Team management and coordination
• Cross functional and stakeholder management
• Construction Administration
• Strategic decision making

• Smartsheet; procore; MS projects

• Plus, with Revit, AutoCAD
