Must Haves:

5-8 years of experience in a combined Business Analyst and Scrum Master role, ideally within digital or website teams.

Strong technical experience with AEM.

Familiarity with user experience (UX) best practices, SEO fundamentals, QA/testing workflows, and digital analytics.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to lead teams through Agile delivery cycles.
-
Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and sprint management.

Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise user stories and define acceptance criteria.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills across business, creative, and technical teams.
Pay Range:
$40/hr - $44/hr
