• We are hiring a Desktop Engineer to support and improve our enterprise endpoint environment
• This role is responsible for maintaining our desktop operating systems, managing endpoint policies, supporting security controls, resolving complex desktop incidents, and helping streamline and automate desktop management processes
• This engineer will work closely with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to ensure a secure, stable, and efficient end-user computing experience

• Experience managing enterprise desktop environments, including operating system lifecycle management, patching, device management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM, JAMF), and policy configuration

• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex endpoint issues that are escalated from the service desk, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions

• Ability to identify inefficiencies in desktop management processes and improve them through scripting, automation, and operational improvements

• Manage enterprise desktop environments: imaging, policy management, and device management platforms
• Advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Process optimization and automation via scripting, deployments, and remediations
