Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Systems Pharmacology expert to support Model Informed Drug Development initiatives within an oncology focused environment. This role will focus on building and advancing platform models that enable data driven decision making across clinical programs. The ideal candidate will contribute to virtual population simulations and integrate pharmacometric insights into clinical pharmacology strategies. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting edge therapies and influence drug development outcomes. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and operate under the guidance of senior pharmacometric leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced Quantitative Systems Pharmacology models across multiple oncology therapeutic areas including immuno oncology and cell therapies
- Design and optimize virtual populations to capture patient variability and support clinical trial simulations
- Apply mathematical and statistical modeling techniques to analyze biological and pharmacological systems
- Integrate model outputs into clinical pharmacology strategies to guide dose selection and treatment regimens
- Implement innovative methodologies including machine learning approaches to enhance modeling efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support ongoing drug development programs
- Deliver actionable insights to inform study design combination strategies and therapy optimization
Required Qualifications:
- PhD or Masters degree with extensive experience in Quantitative Systems Pharmacology or Systems Biology
- Strong experience in differential equation based modeling and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as R Matlab or Python
- Demonstrated experience in drug development within oncology or related therapeutic areas
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with virtual population modeling approaches
- Exposure to machine learning applications in pharmacology
- Knowledge of oncology mechanisms including immune checkpoint inhibitors and cell therapies
- German language proficiency
