Job Title: Recruiter – Federal / Cleared Hiring

Job Location: Arlington, VA

Job Duration: 11 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $30.00/hr to $35.00/hr

Job Description:

• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes changes of employee status.
• May require a bachelor's degree in the area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Daily schedule:

• Monday to Friday (8-5)

• Strong recruiting experience with Fortune 100 companies
• Ability to create an independent sourcing/recruiting strategy
